“There isn’t an airport shuttle, but the $20 a person taxi will take you there. The hill it sits on is steep, but you can walk it, we did several times. The staff is hit and miss, some are friendly, some make you feel like you’re a huge inconvenience to them (avoid the convenience store at all costs) the room was fine but the floor was so disgusting. “The room was clean! A little outdated and needs some minor to moderate TLC. The staff was amazing and very helpful!! The only issue I had is the lack of food options available in the area near the hotel. The hotel has so much potential and needs an owner who cares about the property. When that happens, the hotel will easily become 5 stars. The restaurant on the property closed down a year ago and needs to be revamped. ”

“The owner responded quickly to any questions which arose. Check-in and check-out were easy. The view from the balcony is wonderful. It is a very steep and windy road to the place. Glad we arrived during daylight. This was our first time to St. Thomas and we did not know how mountainous it is. If renting a car, make sure to get one that can make it up the mountains.
