2 letto 2 cottage da bagno con cucina completa in un quartiere tranquillo. Camino a gas e ampio spazio per stendere. Parcheggio per 3 auto. 10 minuti dal centro di Estes Park, Lake Estes e ingresso al Rocky Mountain National Park. Facile accesso al sentiero Fish Creek per passeggiate a piedi e in bicicletta. Abbondante vita selvaggia frequenta la proprietà.

Facile accesso al lago per le attività acquatiche, equitazione Sombrero e RMNP per le escursioni. Vicino ai ristoranti ma lontano dal traffico e dal trambusto della città.

2 biciclette fornite per il sentiero del Fish Creek fino al Lago Estes. Facile accesso a tutti gli ingressi est del parco nazionale delle Montagne Rocciose ea pochi passi dalla foresta nazionale. (2 miglia di distanza)

Eagle Cliff Cottage is a comfy 2 level mountain home in a quiet neighborhood. Communication with the owners is impeccable and the clean, well-maintained home has all amenities at your fingertips. Accessibility to the attached garage was a plus for us! Deer visit in the evenings which furthers the ambience of this quiet neighborhood. Eagle Cliff Cottage is a gem you don’t want to miss.

Javier was very responsive in every way which we appreciate very much! The property was very clean, in a great location, beautiful view-we loved everything about this property! We spent 3 days at Eagle Cliff in a quiet, tree filled neighborhood a short drive from downtown Estes Park. This well cared for home had everything you needed for a comfortable stay and communication with Javier was helpful and easy. We loved our hikes in RMNP but get EARLY timed entry passes in the summer to avoid the crowds. We would definitely come back to Eagle Cliff in the future. Thank you Javier and Maria.

Plenty of room plus some for our family of 6! Clean property, animals visited on the property, and amazing views!! We loved our 1st trip to Colorado with our 4 kids! We enjoyed seeing all the wildlife, atving, horseback riding, and the mountain coaster!! The house was great! We all enjoyed the air hockey table in the garage, grilled some burgers, games, and even played 4 square in garage!!! Thank you for sharing your home!!

We loved our time at Javier and Maria's home. The views of the mountains and trees are lovely. Sitting on the deck enjoying it all is special. There are other homes visible nearby (of course, if you want to be near a town), but they don't dominate the view. We love to be near a town, and this home's location was perfect at about 10 minutes away. We didnt use the bikes, however, it was too hilly for us. We eat most meals in town, with one in and morning coffee and popcorn etc. in the house. The kitchen is comfortably stock with coffee and miscellaneous needs. The house has plenty of room to be comfortable for my wife and son and I, plus room downstairs that we didnt even use. My son "worked from home" there, zero glitches or delays with the internet and calls. Javier was very pleasant and timely to correspond with. Just what you would hope for. Easy to reserve, check in, check out, and getting back the deposit. Estes Park is very nice. Access to Rocky Mountain National Park was easy enough. Tip: don't worry about not having a timed entry to Bear Lake Road etc, you can catch the shuttle at the Estes Park visitor center for that. We hope to come back and stay at Javier and Maria's place. You will like it too.

The cabin was perfect for us. It had everything we needed. We were a little disappointed that there was no air conditioning, but I think the weather was a little warmer toward the end of our stay then Estes Park usually has. All in all it was wonderful!!

My family of four had a wonderful time at this house. The place was well-equipped and we had everything we needed. The big windows all around the dining room were great for sunrises and sunsets. The location was perfect for easy access to town and RMNP, but without the crowds. We even enjoyed some air hockey in the garage. We would definitely visit again.

The house was nice and just what we needed for a short weekend trip! Everything was clean and comfortable. They gave me a nice water bottle to take home. The patio was a lovely place to sit out and drink our morning coffee and there was a grill if you wanted to have a bbq! Hosts are very responsive and communicative. Appreciated their hospitality! I think this property could benefit from having an additional sleeping space in the basement or providing a blow up mattress. There is lots of space down there, but we did not use it for anything other than the bathroom.

The house is in a very quiet neighborhood away from the crowds in town, but also close to everything. There is a nice view of the mountain peaks from the living room. We saw deer several times while we were there. Everything was extremely clean and the kitchen was well stocked. The owners were very accommodating and easy to communicate with. Check in was a breeze. We were there during the elk rut and really enjoyed watching them. There was a herd by the lake, not far from the house. Eagle Cliff is a great place to relax while you enjoy Estes Park and Rocky Mountain National Park.

We stayed at Javier's property for a week with friends whom we see once a year. The property was immaculate and had everything we needed for a great visit. We saw dozens of deer and elk, and it was a short drive to Estes Park and Rocky Mountain National Park. Javier responded in a timely and efficient manner to a couple of minor problems, such as a squeaking smoke alarm. Maria and he were very pleasant to interact with. A great stay. Very clean and comfortable. We had four adults and everyone had enough space. Beds were very comfortable. We enjoyed early morning coffee and late evening talk on the deck. Not too far from Rocky Mountain National Park which we visited often. We would stay here again.

We knew before we got there that the place would be perfect, based upon the contacts with the hosts. They answered email/phone questions very fast. As soon as we turned into the street we knew we made a good choice. House was very clean, very well stocked. The house has two living areas, main floor for adults and bottom floor great for kids, if any or adults. Two bathrooms were great for 4 adults.. The house is located just out of the busy EP, so it was perfect, very quite. If we ever get back to EP we would rent again. You can not go wrong with this rental because of outstanding hosts .
