Il nostro condominio recentemente ristrutturato riflette il nostro desiderio di fornire una casa di alta qualità lontano da casa, le persone vorranno tornare ogni volta che vengono in Colorado. La nostra casa è arredata pensando al viaggiatore discriminante. Da un comodo letto king size, a una cucina completamente attrezzata e un grande televisore a schermo piatto, non ti mancheranno i servizi che ci si aspetterebbe da una casa di fascia alta.

La nostra casa ha un ponte con vista sul fiume. Goditi la tua colazione, una tazza di caffè o semplicemente il suono del fiume mentre barbecue la tua cena nella fresca aria di montagna del Colorado. Questo è l'ambiente che ti piacerebbe non solo goderti la vacanza, ma tutti i giorni dell'anno.

Situato in una posizione perfetta sul fiume Fall, il centro di Estes Park è a pochi passi (o in auto) di distanza. Ci sono numerose botteghe artigiane, ristoranti e attrazioni nel centro della città. Il Parco Nazionale di Rock Mountain dista circa dieci minuti in auto. Puoi anche goderti passeggiate a cavallo, trekking, sci di fondo, racchette da neve, noleggio jeep e tour, concerti al Performance Park (a pochi passi) a pochi minuti da Cinnamons (panini fatti in casa con cannella e noci pecan) Pic-nic, Trail Ridge Road (strada asfaltata più alta in gli Stati Uniti) Lago Estes Marina, feste e, naturalmente, le prelibatezze dei pasticceri locali.

Ci sono due campi da golf comunali, ottima osservazione della fauna selvatica tra cui alci, cervi, grandi pecore, aquile, alci e anche orsi.

Puoi scalare Longs Peak e altri, andare a pesca a mosca o guidare oltre la divisione continentale verso il Grand Lake. Si tratta di un 4 minuti a piedi dal centro commerciale e 3 minuti a piedi dalla pizza a legna. Ci sono 2 piste da go-go, uno scivolo gigante, una parete da arrampicata e altre attività in città. C'è anche il fantastico clima fresco da godere.

The condo has been recently remodeled, looks and feels brand new inside. The unit was very clean, everything worked well. There is a small, three unit apartment building directly across the river, not shown in the listing photos, but wasn't much of an issue.One concern in the near future - there is an old lodge and house along the road, across from the condo parking lot, which look to soon be demolished or remodeled. The area is fenced off, construction crews were beginning to arrive at the end of our stay, but if you're spending your days hiking in the park like we did, it's a non-issue.

Waterfall mountain retreat

Quiet condo with a private balcony facing a stream with a bubbly waterfall. Easy parking right outside the unit. Very convenient in and out and less than 5 minute drive to town center. Comfortable king size bed. The wifi was spotty but less an issue as we were mostly out enjoying the beautiful outdoor scenery and friendly spots to eat in town

Clean and comfortable

Close to downtown, yet private. You can hear the river rushing if you open the porch door, which is soothing. Elk and turkeys right outside the unit. Great location. No BBQ grill as photos show. Beware that Estes park is a dark city and you can’t see when you get there where the unit is. Directions don’t tell you to walk around the side of the house. Bring a flashlight. Only one message told us which unit it was and the key code, and I couldn’t find the message anywhere in my email or in the app, was only able to access it when I got frustrated and clicked on “message the owner”.

Beautifully updated, clean, close to town

Spacious for a two-week stay. We like the Fall River area because it's less commercialized yet close enough to walk to shops and restaurants. A photo of the two bedroom closets would have been helpful as we didn't know how much storage space there is.

Loved it!

Beautiful recently remodeled ( I believe) condo with a short walk to downtown Estes. Easy check in. Had an issue with the Wi-Fi initially but the owners took care of that and had someone out to fix the issue quickly. Highly recommend and we would love to rent this unit again!

Summer in Estes Park

This cozy cottage was conveniently located to allow us to walk into town for dinner and gain access to RMNP each day. The online photos accurately represent the cottage and the back deck overlooks a powerful stream. Parking was available close to the cottage. Even though there is contraction going on in the complex and surrounding area, it did not impact our stay. We had a pleasant visit.

Wonderful Week in Estes Park

Our week at the Couple's Retreat Lux Condo was both exhilarating and relaxing. We hiked and biked in RMNP during the day, rested on the deck overlooking the river in the afternoon, and walked the short distance to dinner and drinks each evening. Everything was as advertised: the condo was spotless and had plenty of room for the two of us.

First trip to Estes was perfect

We slept extremely well with the windows open and the most comfortable VRBO mattress we’ve slept on. We enjoyed coffee on the deck each morning and wine in the evening as we listened to the soothing sound of the creek. The cute condo is in a great location. We walked to town three of the four days and had a short drive to RMNP.

Perfect stay

Everything you see and stated is true. The condo is clean, nice and perfectly located. Easy to check in and out. We were treated to the elk all around the condo this weekend, which was a big reason we chose this weekend. Would definitely recommend and stay there again. Thank you for sharing your condo with us!!

Everything was perfect with the exception of kitchen. Has all the basics for someone who eats out a lot. For the person who cooks a lot could use more kitchen utensils and other stuff, but overall would love to come back again and would defiantly stay here again if available.

Clean, comfortable, & conveniently located!!

My husband & I stayed 3 nights during the month of August & we loved it. Loved being able to open the balcony door and hear the stream! All 3 mornings we spent on the balcony watching & listening to the water. The condo is very clean, the bed & furniture are very cozy/comfortable, & the drive to “downtown” is under 5 min. The owners were quick to respond to questions and the space is stocked with more than the basics. We would definitely stay here again!!

Nice basic property for a few days stay in Estes Park. Not much in the nearby vicinity but you can walk to downtown in about 10 minutes. River noise is nice - balcony view is obscured by brush. Comfortable and clean and I would consider staying there again!

We were looking for a quiet place near town and near the Rocky Mountains and this was perfect. So easy to check in and out, everything was clean and ready for us. The king size bed was welcoming after long day hikes. We were lacking nothing. Thank you!

Amazing Stay

This was our second time staying at this location. We love being on the river and being able to walk into town. It’s quiet and clean. Well maintained property. Host is awesome. Very quick to reply with any question. On our way out we had the opportunity to meet the owner. Awesome human. We know Estes is an annual vacation spot for us now and will keep coming back to this property.
