“I have stayed in hotels that I have given five stars before, but the Best Western Premier Park Hotel in Madison, WI helped redefined in my mind what a five star hotel really is. The room was in excellent condition. The bathroom was clean, well maintained (shower door did no leak), and the shampoo and soap products were very nice. The staff was very nice. I did not feel like I was bothering them. ”

He checked us into the hotel and into Madison, helping to orient us to the University of Wisconsin campus, area shopping, restaurants, and coffee houses, drawing a map and making our potential Badger feel right at home as we explored the city during an intense decision-making time before the May 1 college commitment deadline.
