“Eccellente hotel, nessun problema riscontrato. Personale molto cordiale. Forse un po’ lontano se si vuole gravitare su Boston (circa 50 minuti di auto) ma nella cittadina ci sono tanti posti dove cenare e trascorrere la serata.”

“I had a fully paid reservation, and at check-in I was asked to provide a credit card for the security deposit, which is perfectly understandable.
However, even though I had four different credit cards, from four different networks, none of them worked with the hotel’s POS terminal.
The issue was clearly not with my cards, but with the hotel’s payment system.
It was 7:00 PM, I was traveling with my three-year-old child, and despite the obvious situation, the staff refused to let me check in.

“All staff members were friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. We extended our stay by four days. Close to airport, Bedford and Manchester as well as major highways. We were in and out so did not check out the pool or exercise room.
We did not partake in breakfast but did try the snack bar, could not really call it a restaurant, and were not impressed. That would be our only complaint. Otherwise, very nice property for the price.”
