Case in affitto a Ethridge

“The Loft is above a medical office but as we were there on a weekend this was irrelevant. It had covered parking for two vehicles and was close to the center of town. You do have stairs to negetitate to the loft apt of course. It was cool (A/C worked great) and was beautifully remodeled. The washer/dryer were handy as we were bike riding with the BRAT organized bike ride and it was a hot 3 day ride causing sweaty clothes. The apt had everything we needed and we enjoyed our stay.”

“This property was very clean and neat. Mara is a very good host and quick to respond to every question.”

“Absolutely stunning home. Beautiful inside and out. It was located in a very quiet area. We really enjoyed reading about how the house came to be and the beautiful rug that was made. Had everything you need for a stay. We only got to stay for the night but I would love to stay again. Highly recommend.”

“Cute house from a distance. Entry-the front porch was covered with spiders and cobwebs and other bugs that have been caught in the spiderwebs. I expected the entryway to have been tidied up at least.Interior- the home felt like it had been sitting for several months without any occupants, besides the spiders and ants. The host left notes around the home requesting for things to be done that apparently weren’t done previously. The master bed had sheets with stains on them. The master bathroom had...

“We had a great stay with plenty of room!”

“Great stay!!”

“The cabin was very clean. Our host communicated with us quickly. We were able to park two SUV’s at the cabin, although the Suburban stuck out into the driveway a little. Each room had a separate air conditioning unit which allowed us to set the desired temperatures for each family. The only real negative was that my brother-in-law is over six feet tall and he could not stand up straight in the kitchen because the ceiling is so low. He also had some difficulty with the low shower head. All in...

“Much more than we expected. A little difficult to find but GPS was accurate. Very peaceful. Excellent showers with lots of hot water. Kitchen was very well supplied, Pure tap water. Loft is only for young people. Great lights. Very secure. Excellent hosts with great initial tour of property and amenities. We want to return next year.”

“Such a wonderful spot to get away.. we loved Dixie.. the porch swing was my favorite place to relax.”

“Nice pet-friendly place to stay with good communication from the host.”

“I loved the property! Very clean and welcoming!”

“My mom, sister and I go on a girls trip every year and have stayed in many places. This is one of the nicest places we've ever stayed. The house was perfect for our needs and the host was fabulous to deal with. If we ever return this way, this will be where we stay! Thank you so much!”

“I highly recommend! This is a beautiful historic property. The house and property are exceptional. So beautiful, peaceful and relaxing. Clean comfortable well maintained home. Host is exceptional, responds quickly. Great place to unplug, get away and relax. Our family stayed in the manor house and cabin, memories were made , totally enjoyed ourselves!”

“Our host was very gracious, the tiny house was adorable, and the scenery was breathtaking! We made many memories with the pups in a very short stay.”

“Cute & quiet farm home. All the essentials provided. It was a little far back in the “woods.” Linen closet needed a bit of organizing, everything was kind of haphazardly thrown in. The inside of the home was a bit dated but had a warm & inviting theme of sunflowers. The upstairs was cute, but had low slanted ceilings. The upstairs also didn’t have a shower. Loved the closed in back porch. Overall it was good.”

“Very satisfied. Will stay again.”
