Nestled between Asheville, Hendersonville, and Brevard, this home offers something truly rare: your own private par-3 golf experience. Walk out the door to a Jack Nicklaus Golden Bear crafted 5-hole green, complete with an artificial sand trap and multiple tee boxes over 50 yards away. It’s the only stay in the area where you can take the "Hole-in-One Challenge" for a chance to win prizes from the cottage safe!

The interior has been meticulously updated with a gorgeous upstairs kitchen featuring brand-new appliances and a light-filled living area centered around a modern electric fireplace. Every inch of the home is fresh, including three stunning, newly renovated bathrooms and four comfortable bedrooms featuring all-new mattresses and furniture. Designed to sleep up to 13 guests, the layout provides ample space for large families or groups to rest and reconnect.

Outdoor Living & Mountain Views
Spend your mornings on the expansive wraparound deck, sipping coffee from the coffee bar, breathing in the fresh air while on the rocking chairs as you take in the scenic mountain views. After a day of hiking nearby waterfalls, fire up the gas grill for a cookout, soak in the private hot tub, or gather around the wood fire pit under the stars.

Entertainment for Everyone
When you aren’t on the green, there are two game rooms to choose from. The media room downstairs has a Golden Tee arcade game, foosball, and a massive 86” TV with Netflix and YouTubeTV included (All 4 TVs have these streaming services set up). Let your competitive side come out with the assortment of board games.

Game Room & Gym Garage
The converted garage is comfortably temperature controlled for another gaming space. Here you have a pool table that converts to ping pong, shuffleboard, Skee-ball, Pop-a-shot basketball, and Pac-Man. There is also a home gym complete with rowing machine, weight bench, pull-up bar, gymnastics rings, plyo-box, and a full dumbbell set. Another smart TV and bluetooth speaker also help bring the fun to this space.

There is truly no place like the Western Carolina mountains. This expansive property allows kids (and adults) to play countless sports outside. Bring your frisbees, footballs, or anything you like to play. Golf clubs and balls are provided with a full youth set for the younger golfers.
