“Ottimo servizio, buona posizione all'interno di un bel parco. La senzazione di abitare in un castello è molto bella. Consiglierei solo un po' di manutenzione alle moquettes, tanto diffuse in UK ma appena cominciano ad essere "vissute" condizionano sul giudizio dell'aspetto generale dell'hotel. Comunque consigliatissimo e spero di ritornarci presto!”

“Beautiful hotel, great welcoming staff (from front house to restaurant to pool). Room was perfect - especially the view. Beds were very comfy, parking location ideal!. *Something out of the hotels control which was negative was the families / kids creating mayhem in the pool area. Inflatables and ‘dads’ jumping in was quite frankly embarrassing. After 2 minutes I left (sadly the 8pm adults only swim was around my dinner reservation). ”

“Newly tastfully decorated, staff friendly and attentive. Standard of food was on a par with pub grub, so not for foodies, also the dining room windows needed a wipe down due to dead insects. Wardrobe in room almost useless for hanging clothes full of other items . Better provision for hanging your cloths is needed, the wardrobe was small and was used to store a fridge, safe, hairdryer and ironing board. In short a potentially very nice hotel let down by attention to details.”

“We can’t say enough about this incredibly special place. We found the history of the tower and the surrounding area so intriguing. The recommended walk along the Tweed River and the nearby arboretum were beautiful. Make sure to stay at least a couple nights.”
