“We 3 ladies enjoyed our stay in this comfortable, updated home with a lot of natural light. While we couldn’t enjoy the impressive pool/patio we loved seeing deer and my son took advantage of the hot tub. I wouldn’t call the property private but the neighbors are friendly and certainly very quiet. Location is ideal, loved the garage! “Amazing staff and quaint hotel ! Love the upscale yet comfortable relaxed feel to this great boutique hotel close to chagrin falls ! Very convenient and includes hotel bar and restaurant giving you the option to stay in once you’ve arrived.”

“Overall, I found the room and facilities to be adequate. I would say there is a general lack of maintenance. The outside doors on the back of the building don't close or lock properly and the one luggage cart was falling apart. Only one ice machine was functional. To be totally fair, there was a sign out in front of the hotel advertising that they were looking to hire maintenance staff so I am sure they are trying their best to hold things together. The staff was friendly and helpful....

“We have stayed here probably fifteen times or more and it seems to us that things are getting pretty lax. There was no soap in shower, no kleenixes in holder, and the room smelled musty. When trying to obtain two extra towels, no one appeared at front desk for five minutes and then I left. Then front desk girl on Sunday told us breakfast was at six, but didn't start til seven. Maybe comfort suites is a better option next time.”

“The property was in a good location and was well maintained. The all inclusive breakfast and dinner was a great addition but the food was just okay. The staff were pleasant and security was good. The room did not have any complimentary water or bathroom accessories like shower caps, but the bed and pillows were comfortable. All in all, our stay was comfortable.”
