Spazioso con viste mozzafiato, minuti per UO e Autzen.

Questo elegante appartamento ha tutto. Vista sulla città, vista sulla collina, privacy a pochi minuti da Autzen, Hayward Field e l'area centrale del centro. Con la nostra villa stai ricevendo più di un posto dove riposare la notte. L'ampio patio privato avvolgente intorno ti offre un ottimo posto per il tuo caffè del mattino. Nel salotto serale con le nostre sedie imbottite con un bicchiere di vino e guardare il tramonto. Hai tempo di leggere? Il giardino di meditazione con fontana riposante e una vista sui boschi è il posto giusto.

Il soggiorno è meravigliosamente spazioso con divano in pelle e molti posti a sedere. Il camino elettrico aggiunge il tocco perfetto mentre il sole inizia a scendere. La vista dalle doppie porte francesi può essere sorprendente e cambia con le stagioni. La villa è di circa 700 piedi quindi non ti sentirai affollato.

L'appartamento è utilizzato solo per gli ospiti; quindi non troverai nessuno dei nostri articoli personali lì. (Viviamo in casa al piano di sopra) appartamento ha ingresso indipendente.
La camera da letto ha un ripostiglio per i vestiti appesi e lo spazio per i cassetti. Gli abiti con trama Waffle sono perfetti se hai tempo per rilassarti.

Per il terzo o il quarto ospite, il letto aero gonfiabile elettrico può essere installato nel soggiorno. (Una piccola tassa se necessario per un secondo ospite. L'armadio del soggiorno può essere usato per appendere i vestiti.)

Il bagno moderno è dotato di vasca doccia.

Grande cucina con lavastoviglie, frigorifero, caffettiera Keurig e drip, piano cottura.

Ti lasciamo un cesto di benvenuto di prima mattina, quindi non devi correre in un negozio.

Ampia fascia attorno al patio privato rimane fresca d'estate da quando la casa è costruita sulla collina. Un sacco di sedie esterne per godersi la vista. Tavolo da pranzo situato vicino al giardino boschivo che chiamiamo The Grotto.

L'appartamento si trova lungo una rampa di scale. Mio marito e io abitiamo all'ultimo piano della casa. NOTARE CHE. Siamo su una collina ripida che offre una vista fantastica, tuttavia a causa di questo NO BAMBINI SOTTO L'ETÀ DI 12 PER FAVORE.

Clean, well appointed apartment below owners home in a quiet neighborhood up on a hill. We wanted to stay in the area to visit family nearby so we only were in the rental at night and to relax having morning coffee but all was very comfortable and easy. Vickie was responsive and gracious (there was a thoughtful welcome basket on the kitchen table). We would certainly stay again.

This charming guest house had everything we needed. Comfy bed, clean and well appointed kitchen and bathroom. Great out door spaces with views and convenient parking. Easy access from highway and to shopping. Vicky our host was lovely and a pleasure to meet. Hope to return someday.

I was impressed by this home the moment I opened the door. This is a stunning home and everything about it is beautiful! The interior decor is elegant and I’m under the impression that it is Oriental. From the furniture to the beddings all come together for a beautiful and calming stay after a very long drive. This home has a lovely and spacious balcony with gorgeous verdant views. This is such an exquisite home; so far one of the best vacation rentals I’ve stayed in.

We were dropping our daughter off at tge U of Oregon. We did not want to stay in the limited choices of hotels. We knew it was a small space. The parking was just fine and we had a large SUV. Easy path to follow to the space. Beautiful space with beautiful floor's and nice living space separate from bedroom and kitchen. Nice welcome basket with Keurig coffee pods, bottles of water and a few other things. Then you get the peaceful outdoior space which is nice to go out and enjoy the valley view. By the way a great carrot cake was waiting for us. We were only there at night, but you could go to the game and get to a peaceful place. Vicki was very helpful and cordial. I could not find a way to make the house cooler when i was sleeping, but i opened a window and that was fine. Really recommend for coupkes who are hiking, enjoyinga a game or visiting the campus.

This home is a downstairs apartment that is comfortable and nicely furnished. Privately location on a hill with beautiful views. It was early spring when we were there and the blossoming landscape was beautiful! The patios would be wonderful in warmer weather. The kitchen was well equipped - don’t let the two burner stovetop sway you - we made a great dinner using it!

There were so many extra details such as a welcome apple muffin. Everything you would possibly need was there, such as bandaids and filtered water in the refrigerator. Our host checked in with us to make see if we had any questions. The place was very clean. We enjoyed our stay.

Host was wonderful: easy to communicate with and very respectful of our space and privacy. Space was lovely, clean, and with a gorgeous view of Eugene. We particularly appreciate the private entrance to the space so we could come and go without disturbing our hosts. Would recommend this to any couple looking for a getaway. Check out the meditation area when you go, my wife adored it!

Very very unique isolated mountain view.The full size kitchen has everything that you could possibly need to prepare a meal and than some.The gift basket had a variety of coffee and other breakfast goodies. The entire place from the kitchen to the bathroom is very color coordinated. Would very much chose this property again.

The pictures don’t do justice to this property. It is tucked away in a lovely serene neighborhood that is close to stores, restaurants and other necessities. We booked it for our stay during the USATF National Championships at Hayward stadium, and I’m glad we did. Vickie was very courteous and responsive, and all the details and house information are clearly provided. The bed is super comfortable and the shower is relaxing. If you plan to be in Eugene or close by, this is a must stay.

Such a cute place. I loved the view and patio. Its very private and they have a lovely meditation garden with fountain. The kitchen had everything I needed. It was a perfect small place for my visit with family in Eugene.

Had a marvelous stay at this lovely condo. Nicely designed and decorated and in a perfect quiet location for my needs . Very easy to get to AUTZEN stadium, Valley River Mall, Alton Baker Park, Downtown, the U of O and SALT AND STRAW. Literally a few minutes to all the sites in Eugene. Would return in a minute and in fact have asked to book another stay next month.

This property was exactly what my husband and I were looking for - warm and cozy with beautiful views of Oregon landscape, and the sunset every night was spectacular. The hosts were very accommodating and pleasurable. The space was enjoyable with a nice kitchen and comfortable bed. The location made it easy to get around town and see our son at the U of O. I am looking forward to returning, thank you Vickie and Dave for having us!
