“The Shower was dirty and there was all empty bottles of shampoo, conditioner, and body wash along with no trash bin for the restroom .”

“It was an interesting choice to have the coffee pot near the bathroom. Choosing to basically have a tall hazy glass pane between the bathroom and bedroom led to a startling surprise when my partner used the bathroom in the night and flooded the whole room with light as a result. Excellent location for getting around, but overall lackluster for the price point.”

“I would love to see the breakfast chef whose omelettes are divine, smile and make eye contact when engaging with guests. He looks right over you when speaking with you and quite often is dismissive and pretentious. Other than this particular experience, our 4 night stay was all that we’d hoped it would be. Josh at Ruth’s Criss made up for the grumpy breakfast chef and treated us to an elevated experience complete with the southern hospitality and made us feel as though he we were his only...

“This was our first trip to Greenville and this property met all our expectations. Especially noteworthy is its proximity to Falls Park, to the shops and eateries on the River Walk and So. Main Street, as well as the Center Stage Theater.”

“Liked the staff and rooms. My concern is that we saw enough dogs to start a kennel. From start to finish. I know businesses have to embrace a "pet friendly" attitude. To me, it appears the pendulum swung too far the other way. I don't hold anything against this facility because businesses have to follow trends to stay afloat.”

“First we were given the wrong room, so we had to go back to the desk to discover why our key wasn’t working. Our room had a used shower cap hanging in the bathroom on the door hook. The mini fridge was so loud I couldn’t sleep. The hall noise is easily heard. Breakfast was amazing and the restaurant staff (Spoonbread) were delightful.”

“The ad for this property undersold what we got. This was a large apartment with a full kitchen, huge bathroom and separate laundry room. We were not expecting how nice it was. Great location, only a block of the river. Great food options. Downtown a very short walk. Riverwalk one block away. This was a great place to stay. We would stay again without hesitation. Note there was a separate damage deposit that was a little suspect because it wasn't mentioned in the Expedia reservation. ...
