“I had always stayed at this hotel and chosen it because the staff were consistently friendly and attentive, but this time it was incredibly dirty. I asked for help changing the sheets because there was a stain on them when I arrived, but housekeeping never showed up. I also kept asking for bath supplies—since there was nothing there except a single towel that wasn't enough for the three of us—but they never brought more; when I asked again, they didn't even remember my previous request. Three...

“aAter a long drive was told we would need a security deposit of $150!!! Upon checking our cr card acct saw that it was charged immediately! Terrible customer service, place was basic at best. VERY reluctatnt to stay at a Wyndam property again-not up to your standards. Could not believe Expedia would approve such a property. Very disappointed to say the least.”

“It was good, a very nice little cabin. We just had the problem that the code to enter the cabin didn’t work, but they were very nice and helped us right away, so it was really good”

“Room smelt musty and shower had no water pressure. After check-in a maintenance employee walked into my room without knocking, I believe the room was marked as do not book, due to shower issue or no water pressure, and no hot water. I will not ever stay at this hotel in any of my future trips to Hobbs.”
