“Key locks were worn out and keys (cards) had to be programmed multiple times. The hotel is worn down and in need of repairs. The staff was great. The doors on the refrigerator was put on backwards and should be changed.”

“​The room I received was nothing like what I booked. Your photos and descriptions are outdated/misleading. Expedia wouldn't take responsibility or offer a room change. The room I received does not match the description on Expedia. I reserved a King Efficiency Suite specifically because it listed a queen sofa bed, but I was assigned a basic single room with just a king bed. This is a poor and inaccurate representation of what is being offered.”

“Check in was easy. Smoke detector missing from room. Exposed wires. Unknown substance on the wall. Security door on North side unable to close. Anyone could come in. ”

“La limpieza del hotel en general es mala,el personal es neutral si los saludas te contestan,pero no te preguntan que pueden hacer para que tu estadia sea agradable,yo estuve 2 noches y el desayuno fue algo limitado porque llegamos 2 familias a desayunar y cafe y leche habia suficiente pero solo habia 3 salchichas y 5 tortas de huevo,esperamos algunos minutos para ver si servian mas oero no fue asi.Tuvimos que buscar un restaurante para desayunar. ”

“It was good, a very nice little cabin. We just had the problem that the code to enter the cabin didn’t work, but they were very nice and helped us right away, so it was really good”

“No breakfast was available due to remodeling. Old furniture and things all around the property made it look trashy. Room was nice and staff were all helpful”
