“The staff was very professional. The manager Brittany Jenkins was helpful in helping us change the room and providing refunds of two nights we booked thru Expedia for the room we originally stayed. Rooms and amenities have been upgraded and are very clean. We had a very rest here”

“Great front desk service! As usual in my experience, Holiday Inn Express employees always deliver! The rooms are always spotless, and well-appointed , the beds comfortable, always a nice warm shower and a great breakfast after a good night’s rest. I like that they always have good recommendations for dinner- they’ve never steered us wrong . ”

“This is the one and only PLACE I will stay in Eureka. The staff remembered me and continues to remember me every time I visit. They are accommodating to my request to stay in the main building as I travel alone to see my granddaughter. I have all my family staying there too if they come to Eureka.”

“We had a glicth at check in time and was unable to reach Hotel.Com either by phone or e-mail. We were give a handicap room, which we did not need. Howerver front deck Clerk Nate did an awsome job by contacting his off site Manager and accomidated us into a rugular room at not extra charge. We are thankfull for Nate & and the Manager.”

“The hotel is very old with old amenities (shower/sink) that need upgrading. That said it’s charming and the convenient location cannot be beat. ”
