Visita e goditi davvero la Costa di Redwood in questo nuovissimo Bayside Cottage situato proprio su un canale e inizia la tua vacanza in famiglia con il piede giusto! Questo cottage sul lato della baia recentemente ristrutturato è confortevole e offre tutto il necessario e altro per una vacanza tranquilla. Il tema del design moderno e nautico e il piano piano aperto danno una sensazione fresca. La zona giorno offre molti comodi posti a sedere per l'intero gruppo, creando l'ambiente perfetto per il relax. La sala da pranzo è invitante con ampi posti a sedere per ospitare alcuni ospiti a cena. La cucina è nuova e completamente attrezzata con ripiani in Corian e scaffalature aperte. Il ponte ha comodi posti a sedere, una griglia a gas privata e accesso al canale. Inoltre, questo affascinante cottage dispone di due kayak e due biciclette per adulti per il tuo divertimento!

Situato a sud di Eureka nel King Salmon, questo cottage è perfetto per una vacanza costiera. La Humboldt State University e gli Arcata sono a circa 15 miglia di distanza. Redwood Parks è il luogo ideale per gli appassionati di attività all'aperto! Si tratta di un breve viaggio di 15 miglia e lì puoi fare un'escursione al Fern Canyon su James Irvine Trail, guidare la Newton B. Dockside Deck

We loved the house and location. The house is nicely furnished and decorated. The generous deck made for relaxing times in between sampling the area’s delicious food and friendly service. The dune trails and beach right across the street were a great place to walk dogs and yourself. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

If you are looking for a unique stay in a convenient location, this is the place for you! The cottage is in the quiet, canal community of King Salmon. The house is immaculate, well appointed, well lit, and comfortable. Communication with the host and directions are clear and helpful. Walk to the end of the block for walks on the bay and jetty or around the block for a delicious meal at Gil's. The house offers two bikes and two kayaks for use and additional exploring with access from the back deck ramp. You can't beat the location! Very convenient to the 101 to explore the coast and The Redwoods. Some highlights to check out: Six Rivers Brewery in McKinleyville, cheap gas by Bear River Casino (Loleta) if you're out that way, and walking around the cute town/center square of Arcata. Somoa Dunes is a quick trip and countless views of the Pacific. Trinidad State Beach was stunning! Convenient to many major sites in The Redwoods. The area and the home are beautiful. When stocking up for adventures, skip shopping at the Walmart in Eureka-especially at night. 10/10 would recommend Allegra's Cottage and the King Salmon canal community.

Wonderful place, you should stay here!

The place was perfect- the deck was a great spot to hang out, the house was clean and welcoming and very adorable. Lots of tourist info and recommendations available. Just a quick walk across the street is the beautiful bay and a fabulous restaurant serving breakfast and lunch. The location is perfect, close to lots of hiking and attractions. The only thing we didn’t like was leaving!!

Great cottage!

The property was just as pictured. When we arrived they had left the lights on for us and had nice music playing on the TV. The patio area was very nice and relaxing to sit outside. Very quiet neighborhood. We had breakfast at Gill's which is very close with a beautiful patio area to dine. Also very close to Eureka.

Very comfortable. Location is fantastic. Watched otters and heron from the deck. Walked the beach every night. Kitchen very nicely appointed. Great shower! Very quiet neighborhood at night.

Great get away spot.

We enjoyed the house. It is close to Eureka, which made it nice. Being on the water was interesting. The high/low tide thing is amazing to see. It had everything you need to a great visit. We stayed Monday thru Thursday and really enjoyed the house.

nice interior, ok location

The positives: the kitchen is tidy and fairly well equipped with new appliances, the outdoor deck in the back is nice, the living room is comfortable and there's a nice dining table. Sunset views over water are at the end of the street. The negatives: beds have indents where people have slept, pillows are flat, screens in the bedrooms have holes, the neighborhood is a bit sketchy. It's located on a canal, so noise you make on the deck will carry to neighbors and if they are partying until 1 am, you're up with them. The property management company didn't respond to a request for help with the front door lock.

Good rainy weekend

The cottage had everything that was advertised. It was comfortable and warm during a cool and rainy weekend. The best part was being able to hear the rain on the roof. I would like to come back during the summer and spend time out on the deck overlooking the canal.

Cute and Comfortable

We really enjoyed our stay and were very grateful to find a place that would allow us to bring our two small dogs. So much better than staying in one of the hotels in the area. The house was immaculate and had everything we needed. We enjoyed sitting on the back deck in the morning and the evening with the fire pit. Our son came over and took his paddle board out from the back dock. The neighborhood is eclectic but that is part of the character of Humboldt County. The location was perfect for heading out to eat in Eureka and up to Arcata and further up the coast. Our son is at Humboldt State and we will stay in this cottage again when we return to visit, it was perfect for our needs.
