Ridgeway House B&B offer the two rooms, Pink Lady and the Up Town as a 2 Bedroom Suite. The bathroom is not ensuite, however it is only for your two rooms. The pink lady has a king bed and fireplace in the room. The up town room features a queen bed. Both rooms have access to upper front porch. A perfect place to relax after shopping, hiking, biking, or playing in one of our lakes or rivers.



The Space:

1908 Ridgeway House is a part of the Historic District in Eureka Springs. The recent remodel mixes elegant modern décor a relaxing historic ambiance. You will have a restful and relaxing experience in this well appointed home. NOTE - The Private Bathroom is down the hall from this room. Set your expectations accordingly.

Coffee - Each of our locations comes equipped with a drip coffee maker, along with pre-portioned coffee and filters tailored for your convenience. Additionally, we offer creamer and sugar to enhance your coffee experience. Should you have a preference for a particular brand or coffee accessory, feel free to bring your own along for your stay.



Please contact us if there is any change in the number of guests that will be staying at the property. It is very important for us to know the number of guests in case of an emergency or natural disaster. Neither floor space, nor furniture may be used as additional sleeping areas. Exceeding the number of guests stated on the reservation or allowing the entry of an unauthorized pet into the property will be quickly addressed and require immediate compliance with the Rental Agreement. Note, we are able to monitor the number of guests and pets at the entry point of the property. (None of our properties have internal surveillance video). Exceeding the number of guests stated on your reservation or bringing an unauthorized pet will be cause for cancellation of your reservation and cessation of your stay without refund as outlined in the Rental Agreement.

Cancelation: Please note that, WITHIN 30 days of arrival, your reservation becomes non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled. Please plan accordingly.



Guest Access:

You will have access to the beautiful living room with a fireplace Games are provided. A continental breakfast is provided every morning with coffee, tea, and juices. Sweet and Savory pastries, along with fruit are served. There is a refrigerator, microwave, coffee pot and tea kettle in the common living area. The kitchen is not available to guests.



Getting Around:

Ridgeway house is within walking distance of the Crescent Hotel, Ermilio's Italian Restaurant, Intrigue theater and downtown Eureka Springs. It is a bit of a walk back up the hill to the Ridgeway House however, Eureka Springs has Uber and Lyft drivers.

Historic Eureka Springs is a small town nestled in the Ozark Mountains. It is known for its great spas, restaurants, art, shopping, music, festivals, and proximity to outdoor adventures. The White River, Kings River, Beaver Lake, and Table Rock lake are all with in 15 miles of Eureka Springs. Hiking, Biking, Swimming, Kayaking, Floating and more.
