❝Immaculately clean, very comfortable and inviting - just far enough off the beaten path to be quiet and peaceful but still close enough to town to do everything you need to do. Ethan and David are amazing hosts and you can tell take a lot of pride in their rental and do everything they can to make you feel like you’re home away from home. Would definitely recommend and will certainly stay here again.❞

We had a great stay here! The space is roomy, the furnishings are comfortable, and we loved all the tasteful local artwork. The kitchen is well stocked; we even easily found scissors when we needed some! If it had been a bit warmer, we definitely would have enjoyed the spacious and private outdoor deck. Highly recommended!

I've stayed in many VRBOs over the years and this place is exceptional! So many thoughtful amenities that make you feel at home including shelves and hooks in the bathroom for all of our things, large night stands on each side of beds, ample places to hang and store clothes, comfy couch, private outdoor space and more!

Great time in Eureka Springs ! Enjoyed our stay, everything was exactly as shown. Clean, updated and had everything we needed. Had their own private parking. My husband and I walked everywhere - typically 20-25 min walk to most stores and restaurants. If you're looking for a quiet location with parking for two - this is your place.

The property was spacious, clean, and had all that was needed to cook, warm up or make coffee. We met the two owners when they dropped something off at another unit and they were both friendly, polite, and concerned that we were while taking care of. We would definitely stay here again and give it the highest recommendation as a quiet and comfortable place to stay! Thank you to David and Ethan!!!

Cozy Retreat with Adorable Patio

Ten things we loved about this Vrbo:1) It was super clean and felt cool and fresh as soon as you stepped inside. Smelled great!2) Excellent use of space. REALLY comfy couch!!3) Softest washcloths I’ve ever washed my face with. Seriously—try them out. I’m going to ask the owners where they got them.4) Seni-Short walk to downtown. I got my steps in everyday and we didn’t have to park for parking once. (You also get your own dedicated space) Also a quick drive to hiking at Leatherwood Park—Take Fuller trail! 5) Adorable shaded private patio with string lights. We ate dinner outside and it was so nice!6) Very nice shower. 7) Umbrellas in case it rains. 8) Super sharp kitchen knife set and ceramic pans. Sliced through chicken like butter! 9) Cute art aesthetic. (Look for the alien) 10) Awesome hosts—we didn’t need anything while we were there, but we kept in touch as needed to let them know we were in and out of the space and got quick responses every time. We would 10000% stay here again.

Perfect location in Eureka Springs!

The flat was absolutely perfect for our anniversary weekend. The place is tucked away in a hillside, so you can still experience the natural beauty of the area, but you’re just a scenic stroll away from everything downtown (about 10 min). The place was extremely clean and stocked with everything we needed (minus sugar for coffee, but there are non-sugar sweeteners). The back deck is very private and offers beautiful views. We even saw a large doe run across the hill not 25 feet from the porch. There’s a wonderful little ice cream shop that has some food items right next door. We would absolutely stay here again! Perfect for a couple who wants to be in the mix with all that is happening here, but at the end of the day wants a peaceful, quiet place to lay their head.

The stay was fantastic, the property was very clean, I would recommend this place to stay, short distance from downtown. The host was great. Had a little problem with the Internet after a rain shower but our host took care of it immediately

Great Flat with Great Hosts!

We loved our stay at this Eureka Springs flat. The location is great---on the edge of downtown with an easy drive to all the shops. You can skip the car and walk to downtown (and catch the cupcake shop along the way). There is also trolley access near the flat to locations all over town.The hosts were amazing. They were very responsive and definitely care about the comfort of their guests during their stay. The flat has easy parking. Just a few steps up to the entry. Outside the entry is a great place to sit and enjoy the weather. Be on the lookout for the little green alien (statue) that’s watching you. I like to think he was our protector. :-)The flat has a well-equipped kitchen, which made it easy to prep food for eating in. The living area was comfortable, and there are plenty of DVDs and BluRays to keep you entertained during a night in.Now to the bedroom. We’ve stayed at several vacation rentals, and none have had a mattress as comfortable as this flat. We usually find ourselves sleeping on a thin mattress, but not here. This mattress is top notch, and made for a fabulous night’s sleep. Oh, and don’t let me forget the a/c! There are a couple of units to keep you cool in the living/kitchen area and the bedroom.If you’re looking for great food and great live music, check out The Gravel Bar. I love a reuben sandwich, and this place has the best reuben I’ve ever had. This ain’t just sliced corned beef; this was the real deal!So glad we found such a great place!
