    Il bizzarro noleggio in stile studio Night Owl è nuovo di zecca per il 2018 ed è stato recentemente arredato.
    Esci e fai acquisti fino allo sfinimento o resta all'interno per riposare.
    Situato sopra i negozi più frequentati di Spring Street, nel quartiere storico, non devi andare lontano per tornare a casa una volta che hai bisogno di una pausa, e lo farai.
    Il relax è la nostra specialità. Siamo professionisti a rilassarci e prenderci la calma e probabilmente lo meriti.
    Arredata con un nuovissimo letto king-size di qualità, questa camera da letto ben arredata sarà una sorpresa molto apprezzata dopo una giornata trascorsa camminando lungo i tortuosi marciapiedi "volgere del secolo" o facendo escursioni sui nostri fantastici sentieri.
    Un bagno completo e una cucina piena di tutti i comfort di casa.
    Trova scorte segrete, il nostro modo di farti sentire viziato e investire nel tuo ritorno anticipato al "Nido".
    Passa il tempo in salotto e guarda una grande TV a schermo piatto con Netflix per abbuffarti di tutti i film che desideri e una Xbox completa di giochi!
    Cucina un buon pasto insieme nella cucina completamente attrezzata, oppure rilassati a letto per una lunga notte di coccole!

Getaway Weekend

This is our 2nd time staying at the Night Owl. Everything is as described and there is not a better place to stay. We love it and its our go to for staying in Eureka Springs!!

We enjoyed our stay but a couple of things would have made this a 5 star. One thing i don't think much can be done but we came to relax and the people in the room above us i believe had children and were running back and forth starting at 7am along with the floors constantly creeking on every step you take. We found ourselves not wanting to move around in the room much so we would not bother others. Also the stairs getting to the room are a hike so be prepared to take your time as we are not spring chickens.

Perfect location

Location is perfect for seeing and being right in the heart of downtown eureka. Your within a half a mile of every shop and restaurant in the downtown area. Due to the stairs at this location I would say that if you have any lower extremity issues the stay will be difficult but if your able to or like walkIng and are moderately fit this location is perfect for you. I would highly recommend this location for anyone visiting eureka. I’ve stayed here twice in different rooms they are very similar in appearance just on different floors of the building. Both reservations had to be changed due to my need to change dates of my arrival. Hannah the location manager could not have been more accommodating,

Perfect location, lots (and lots) of stairs!

Here are the pros and cons from our experience. Pros: 1. Location, location, location: once you're parked (in a provided private parking spot), you can conveniently explore the heart of Eureka Springs . It is located at stop 83 of the ES Trolley, which means once you go down the hill, you can take the trolley back up. 2. Quiet: we heard some talking during the day, but quiet a night (but, given the age, you can't get up in the middle of the night without creaking floors!) 3. Large: plenty of room to move around, nice large kitchen with big refrigerator and range and nice snacks provided. 4. Very responsive owner. We had some WiFi connection issues and she promptly gave us a solution. (Thanks!) Cons: 1. OMG! Lots and lots of steep steps (four flights) to get to the room, a real challenge when you're carrying up your bags. 2. Several lights were burned out including one over the toilet. 3. Speaking of the toilet, it's as far from the bed as it can possibly be. 4. Besides the lights, some additional maintenance is needed, like the door on the sink cabinet (cabinets in general are not high quality). Overall the room was a good value and met our needs well. Tastefully decorated, comfortable and roomy. Even considering the "cons" mentioned, we'd still definitely recommend the room!
