FARMHOUSE Unit C (Guest Room Studio: Sleeps 2/450 Sq. Feet) Rates are varied for weekends and weekdays. QUIET, COUNTRY SETTING! Cozy guest studio. This unit offers a King bed, private bath and kitchenette. Kitchenette has mini fridge, microwave, coffeemaker and small 2 burner cooktop. This guest room cannot be accessed from the main farmhouse. PLEASE NOTE: due to the seclusion of this property Wi-fi access is NOT provided and cell phone service can be limited. This property is located on a gravel road. Gas grill. NO SMOKING. NO PETS. Units A and B can be added to accommodate larger families or can be reserved individually.

This property is located in the country just outside of Holiday Island in the heart of the Ozark Mountains on Table Rock Lake, which has 900 miles of shoreline. The Eagle Rock Recreation area offering a public swimming beach and Marina is a fifteen minute drive (day use fees apply). Branson Missouri and Silver Dollar City are within an easy hour's drive, and downtown Historic Eureka Springs and The Great Passion Play are less than a twenty minute drive.

Holiday Island has two premier golf courses. A nine-hole course on the Island and an 18-hole course.

Cancelation for Property Rentals - We happily guarantee your reservations and only expect you to guarantee your arrival. If you must cancel for any reason (including weather, family emergencies or for the health and safety of your family from COVID-19), your deposit will be refunded if you cancel at least 30 days prior to your intended arrival date. If you cancel, reschedule or switch properties with less than the required notice, your deposit will be refunded or applied to a future date ONLY IF we are able to re-rent all of your reserved days. Otherwise, your deposit will be applied to any unrented days, with the remainder refunded to you. If you cancel less than 72 hours prior to arrival, you will be charged for the entire stay unless we are able to re-rent the property. NO REFUNDS FOR EARLY DEPARTURES. No shows will be CHARGED THE FULL AMOUNT! Please note that third party bookings, VRBO or Airbnb, may have different cancelation policies.

A 50% deposit is required and is refundable only in accordance with the cancelation policy. The maximum number of guests for this property, including children, is two. There is also an additional charge of $10.00 per night over holiday periods and special events. A two night minimum stay is required on all rentals and a three night minimum on holidays and special events.
