“Ottima struttura nelle vicinanze dell'aeroporto.”

“We booked the panoramic ocean view room. Upon check in, we were placed in the cheapest room (garden room). I asked the front desk and showed them my printed confirmation of what I booked and that the room we were given did not match and they said they would “upgrade” us the following night. On the second night they moved us to the room we initially booked. It was not an upgrade it was just what we paid for. We asked to be refunded the difference for the 1st night and they said there was nothing...

“今回は７日お世話になりました。 良い点: ・おじさんのスタッフが愛想が良かった。 ・場所がタクシム広場から近く、非常に便利 悪い点 ・セキュリティ使えなかった ・歯磨き用のコップない ・シャンプー以外の歯ブラシ等のアメニティがない ・部屋案内かない ・ティッシュない ・部屋の掃除来なかった時があった ・連泊なのに途中でルームチェンジさせられた ・部屋が寒すぎる ・途中で変わった部屋はベッドメイクがしっかりされていなかった。シーツがシワシワで人が使った後かもわからなかった ・予約した部屋と違う部屋に案内されたが、ベッドが邪魔で逆に狭かった ・窓からの景色は悪い ・Wi-Fi弱い ・エアコン壊れても対応されず一晩凍えそうになった ・ホテルの名前を検索しても出てこない ・エレベーターがタバコ臭かった ・勝手に部屋何回も開けられた ・バスマットない時が何回かあった ・シーツ交換1回 ・スリッパを入れ忘れてる時が多々あった 価格的には1泊6000円以上払ってこのランクは少しコスパ悪いと感じました。ルーム清掃については、ルームチェッカーを入れた方がいいと思います。 お世話になりました。 ”

“Struttura posizionata a pochi passi dal bazar, collegata benissimo con il tram! Personale disponibile e la struttura è pulitissima. Unica pecca la colazione non aveva i cornetti.”
