“Albergo di fronte al Mall of Istanbul, a circa 30 km dall’aeroporto su un incrocio autostradale in cui il traffico si fa sentire anche in stanza non perfettamente insonorizzata. Pulizia scarsa, non guardate sotto il letto!! Parcheggio gratuito comodo sotto l’albergo. Colazione nella media. Per una notte può andare.”

“Zona strategica per spostamenti con la macchina per lavoro ma la zona offre poco. Hotel da 5 stelle ma non ha piu di 4”

“Bella camera, ma personale incapace a gestire i clienti e mancanza di puntualità apertura della colazione . Non prima delle 9:00 ma !! Mai successo in qualunque hotel del mondo. ”

“Yes the room was spotless, the entire hotel is spotless. And the staff were very helpful especially engin the receptionist. We made a mistake when booking and we only booked a single room and engin contacted the manager who upgraded us to a double room free of charge. I highly recommend serenity comfort hotel especially if you are in Istanbul for dental operations and cosmetic operations. Five stars all the round, the food is also excellent.”

“Mi è piaciuto tutto. Il personale molte gentile, la pulizia giornaliera della camera, la possibilità di mangiare all’interno e l’ottima colazione. Aggiungo che la posizione era perfetta, in quanto vicino alla fermata della metro, market e posti per pranzare/cenare. CONSIGLIO!”
