Guest house a European Side

“Il personale e la posizionr”

“On our first night, there was a cockroach in the bathroom. The towels were old and never really felt clean, the blankets had stains, and the bedding itself wasn’t sufficient. The walls and doors also looked dirty. Every time you opened the bathroom door, there was a sewage smell. The elevator broke down several times in one week, which didn’t leave a good impression. Even though they cleaned, overall the hotel didn’t feel clean. Once, while I was showering, the water was cut off. On the positive...

“Camera pulita e signora molto cortese.

“Excellent location. Clean. A short flight of steep stairs, being nimble of foot helpful.”

Oltre ogni aspettativa”

“I stayed in different hotels with better price in Istanbul. First of all there is no elevator in the building and due to bad design of stairs, its a big hassle to move luggages upstairs. The Tv had no channels, so it was completely useless. The Safe box was out of order too. Moreover, There was a intense sewage odor in the bathroom which could spread in the room. Overal not happy with the stay.”

“I recommend! The room is cozy, good location and the staff is excellent. They even helped me ordering food because the apps didn’t accept foreign phone numbers.”

“Very bad and the staff not helpful”

“We reserved one week and we couldn't stay for only one night because the hotel was so dirty and the bathroom so tiny and I wasn't able to use and moldy, I requested refund for whatever they can offer and they refused to pay anything back and we left, Hotel must be outside Expedia!”

“Otel güzel, lobi cafe kısmı çok hoş şirin. Odalar temiz ve güzel, sadece kapımız biraz sorunluydu, ve dışarıdan odaya ses geçiriyordu. ”
