“Host was very responsive.”

“Omg best location, adorable house, nice back yard ,very accommodating! Very friendly host!”

“Soney is a great host! At check in, there was some trouble with the lock and Soney drove from a hour away to help us with the issue, and help set up an artificial Christmas tree to surprise my little boys. This home is in a nice quiet neighborhood, and perfect for our family of 4. We were visiting family for Christmas, and it was great to have a central meeting point for dinners, visits, and just general family time. The house has a huge, well appointed kitchen, plenty bathrooms, and anything...

“Very nice and clean”

“Great property. Close enough to shops/grocery stores and yet for enough from businesses to be easy and relaxing. Located in a true neighborhood setting. Enjoyed seeing the young families being active around the amenities provided in the development.”

“Wonderful property located minutes from Main St. The house was clean, comfortable and very cozy! I would highly recommend this property. We stayed here while visiting our son at CSU and the house was just about 20-25 minutes away. It was a great location, out of the hustle and bustle of Fort Collins but still close enough to get to everything easily.”

“This is a lovely property-really a small house! Blackout shades ensure a good sleep and the living room is comfortable for relaxing. Washer and dryer are a plus!”

“As advertised ... nice place/clear communication/no surprises.”

“We enjoyed our stay at the farmhouse. During our trip to the Cheyenne Denver area, It was very cozy and nicely decorated. The park across the street was very well kept and close, for game of pickleball or cornhole in the evenings.the house is located in a good neighborhood and is quite. The location was very central to many different events and points of interest.”

“The house was clean, at a great location and had plenty of room for everyone in our group!”

“This place is great to stay for a very short period of time. We were there for softball and the biggest let down was it was advertised with a washer/dryer and it did not have one. I booked it for the location and for that reason instead of booking a hotel. We had to use a laundry mat close by, the laundry basket, which was clean and nearby but inconvenient for us to use between games. The house was clean but the beds are not comfortable. The location was great! It was 3 minutes from Barnes...

“Perfect location for exploring the Rocky Mountain area.”

“We had the most enjoyable time during our stay. From the moment we arrived to the “one last look over” at checkout we had absolutely no issues or concerns. The host was kind and easy to communicate with, although we didn’t have the need to converse much since we had all of our needs need met. The home is spacious and beautiful…. and the beds were so comfortable for everyone including the cozy furniture in the living areas. The kitchen set up was perfect for our meals and game night along with...

“The property was very clean and stocked well with towels, towels, and washcloths. It was also very well stocked with all of the amenities we needed for our week long stay! The air conditioners in the main room and in the bedroom were fantastic! The host also kept us informed with community events and responded quickly to messages. I appreciate all of the little touches that made our stay special. Thanks to this wonderful host! ”
