“I will NEVER recommend The Roadway Inn. I wouldn’t stay there if it were free. As soon as I opened the door the dirty musky smell was sickening. The smashed cockroach on the wall says it all. It’s a bedbug disaster waiting to happen. I should’ve asked to see the room before paying. I went to the front desk and asked for a refund, I was informed I took longer than 5 minutes to cancel therefore I was required to pay for 1 night. “Room was so fun with fire place, large rotating tv, hot tub, couch and great king bed. It was like a " honeymoon suite". The breakfast selection was generous, as well. A wonderful retreat after a long trip and full weekend! A most helpful staff also.”

The employees at the front desk are not professionally dressed. You don’t know who hotel staff is. The housekeepers are actually dressed nicer. Parking was horrible! “Good location in terms of walkability to the college and places to eat. Found quite a few spiders through out the space in different rooms, and the sheets were dirty (brown stain on fitted sheet). Overall was clean otherwise.”

“Washer and dryer was a good thing to have however crummy of the situation that if they have issues they don’t get resolved there you have to call the customer service number to get issues resolved and does not get resolved on site . Room was not as clean as it should have been there was food crumbs in the fridge , and the side line of trash, the bed linen had hairs on it”
