**Heated Pool:** Upon request, the pool can be heated to a cozy 80-91°F. there is a $100 fee for heating pool for reservations. Creating the ideal relaxation spot no matter the season is our goal.

- **Respect the Neighborhood:** The neighborhood speed limit is 25 mph, and no trespassing on neighboring docks or properties.
- **Registered Guests Only:** All guests staying on the property must be registered. Unregistered guests may result in the cancellation of your stay without a refund.
