“I rarely leave bad reviews, but my stay at Candlewood Suites Watertown was honestly very disappointing. Carla at the front desk was kind and accommodating, and she was probably the only positive part of the experience.
The room smelled terrible, like a closed unused room full of dust and mold. There were spider webs everywhere, flies inside the room, and the living room area smelled very bad, like it had not been cleaned or used properly for a long time. The curtains were broken, the windows...

“Room was clean, bathroom well it always smells like humidity because they don’t have fans I guess , ironing board was broken but told tue front desk. Breakfast is always excellent for continental!! Love their pillows and bed! Wish I could buy those comfy pillows LOL
One bad thing our room was facing the I-81 so we could hear the big trucks and traffic which sucked”
