“One of the most frustrating hotel experiences I’ve had. My parents flew in for my graduation at Northwestern and were stranded due to severe weather delays. While trying to quickly book a room on Expedia at the airport, I accidentally selected the wrong date due to connection issues. I realized the mistake within 30 minutes and immediately contacted the hotel. Despite explaining the situation, they refused to adjust the date or offer any flexibility—even though the request was made almost...

“Breakfast was great, with a lot of variety. The egg dishes changed daily, which was nice. Valet parking, so I didn't have to worry about my car at all.”

“Location was walking distance to our venue. Covered, private parking is a huge plus (make sure to reserve ahead). Room was great and the perfect size for 2, We enjoyed using the balcony. Location was quiet, no issues with neighbors. ”
