Whether you’re cooling off on the covered porch or staying cozy with the gas fireplace, comfort is always within reach. This peaceful retreat invites guests to unwind after a day of exploring. Families and friends can take advantage of the huge back yard! Enjoy all that Evansville has to offer when you stay at our place. Close to UE, USI, Ford Center, casinos, zoo, hospitals, and plenty of shopping. Within an hours drive are historic and artisan New Harmony, New Harmony State Park, Santa Claus, IN with Holiday World Splash and Safari, the elegant West Baden Hotel in French Lick, IN along with wine tasting in that area.

The property is so well cared for which made for a wonderful stay. You can tell that this home was remodeled with lots of love and attention to detail. Our 5-day stay was so relaxed and our three kids loved the back yard space to run around in with their dad! Lots of memories made while here! We hope to come back on our next trip to Evansville!

We have been traveling to the Evansville-area for several plus years to attend events and this property is our new favorite. We have stayed near the downtown and locations west, but this location is wonderful. Easy access to Evansville and located on a large multi-acre property that is quiet and relaxing, especially when sharing time around the fire pit or the very warm, comfy and inviting gas fire place in the living room. Modern appliances through-out an absolutely charming house. I’m sure we will return to Evansville for future events and this location will be the first on our list of the most desirable of digs to put our feet up to decompress and relax when visiting.
