“Staff did not clean our hotel room. After talking to a worker, we were told to talk to the manager for a refund. Manager treated us extremely rudely and called us liars after claiming his staff was very responsible. Do not recommend this hotel if you want your room cleaned every day.”

“The air conditioning wasn’t working and the temperature was above 80 degrees, contacted front desk to get help or change the room but all they was offering a fan to be sent to the room and they sent it after 2 hours. They said no maintenance staff is available at the moment. Room 428, june 26 2026”

“Love this hotel but in the recent remodel they removed the magnifying mirror in the bathrooms. The showers are “rain” head with not much pressure. Hair dryer was small, poor quality. Ladies need to prepare and bring your own things.”

“The room was okay overall. After staying for two nights, I asked housekeeping to clean the room, but when I returned, I found that only the towels had been changed. The breakfast was quite limited. The only freshly made item was the waffles; everything else was very basic, with just a few cereals and boiled eggs. On a positive note, the receptionist was friendly, helpful, and welcoming.”
