“Staff did not clean our hotel room. After talking to a worker, we were told to talk to the manager for a refund. Manager treated us extremely rudely and called us liars after claiming his staff was very responsible. Do not recommend this hotel if you want your room cleaned every day.”

“The room was okay overall. After staying for two nights, I asked housekeeping to clean the room, but when I returned, I found that only the towels had been changed. The breakfast was quite limited. The only freshly made item was the waffles; everything else was very basic, with just a few cereals and boiled eggs. On a positive note, the receptionist was friendly, helpful, and welcoming.”

“Love this hotel but in the recent remodel they removed the magnifying mirror in the bathrooms. The showers are “rain” head with not much pressure. Hair dryer was small, poor quality. Ladies need to prepare and bring your own things.”

“The site didn't say that bathrooms are shared. This is a hostel not a hotel. Rooms didn't have lamps, air conditioning, room coffee, or disposable cups to go. False advertising. This is a hostel.”
