“This is probably my 15th time staying at this hotel. Amazing staff and they make my stay enjoyable every time. I will say, the hotel does need some updating, no deny that. But the rooms as spacious, clean and the staff are amazing. ”

“It took 45-minutes to find my reservation, even with a confirmation number. My card didn’t work for the elevator the 2nd day. The pool had not been opened ye, because it hadn’t been inspected yet. They charged me an extra $40.00 after we had checked out, even though we didn’t use any “amenities”, not even their soaps. For the amount they charged me, I was not very happy with them. Would not stay their again.”

“I had an issue with hot water. They sent maintenance in and it was still a hit or miss I had traveled all night and once I checked in, I was unable to take a warm shower I had to wait an hour, and the water was still cold I also had an issue with a strange man coming and knocking on my door at about 4 -5 o’clock in the morning. He said he needed to get something out of the room. Once looking out the peep hole and I did not notice him. I told him I was not opening the door to give him...

“Everything was in fairly decent condition only concern involved a place to safe to let pet perform its bodily functions plus a request to pay extra for the pet by cash”

“We asked for a different quieter room and were quickly changed. A large family was just checking in next door. The room had all we needed and was very clean. Breakfast was a treat with a lot of variety and wonderful hostess making everyone comfortable. The indoor pool was popular. The location to the fairgrounds was great.”
