“We stayed in one of the hotels premier suites. It was too big! The decor and design were dated and the lighting and airconditioning problematic. The huge bed had sheets that weren't fitted and the bedspread wasn't very clean and had hairs and dust in evidence. The shower was brilliant and it had 2 baths in the room The door lock jammed when we returned for our second nights stay and the staff took 20 minutes to let us in, but were excellent in giving us free drinks while we waited in the...

“Breakfast menu was quite lean on the cold/continental menu but had varied with the hot food. Could do better with the continental breakfast section. Take note that parking isn’t free or complimentary.”

“Was not provided with an access code. When I managed to contact the property manager they claimed no personal information was forwarded to them, ie; phone number or email from Expedia. I had to enlist the help of a nearby business to contact them 3 hours after the check in time. If Expedia doesn’t forward details why would you continue to use them as booking agents. Property was close enough to train station and quite location, front door was often not secured from the street ”
