“Good parking spaces behind the property, very clear information about finding the property. The apartment was spacious, very clean, lovely decor and very comfortable. We got some advice on where to find a nice local pub, and ate in the centre close to the property. Overall absolutely lovely.”

“The room itself was uncomfortably small and made worse by poor design. The room had a wall through it with a long narrow area at one side which was of no practical use except to house all the powerpoints, thus making it impossible to use electrical devices in the main part of the room. Despite the excessive heat the room had not been cooled and we were given a fan which when plugged in would not stretch into the bed area. All in all an uncomfortable stay.”

Large suitcases also had to be carried up by myself, as the staff were not able to assist. “The room we stayed in was just right size and comfy, with fast Wi-Fi and everything we need. The bathroom was okay, but the shower area only had a curtain to keep things in, which wasn’t the best. The breakfast was great, with lots of hot food to choose from, and you could even order from the kitchen. The cleaning could use a bit more work, though—there were visible stains on the toilet and heavy stains on the tea kettle.”

“Was not provided with an access code. When I managed to contact the property manager they claimed no personal information was forwarded to them, ie; phone number or email from Expedia. I had to enlist the help of a nearby business to contact them 3 hours after the check in time. If Expedia doesn’t forward details why would you continue to use them as booking agents. Property was close enough to train station and quite location, front door was often not secured from the street ”

“Images are not like the rooms! Shared Bathroom which i refused to use. Check in is down the road and then you have a 5min walk to the actual location. No where to park so cost £15.00 to park in NCP. Defo wouldnt stay again”
