“Im not sure what you are paying for . . . You are on the same street as other 3-4 star hotels. There was nothing that stood out about this hotel. The staff was okay. The room was unique. One irritating thing, there were no clear signs for pricing on the fridge or near the snacks. And I assumed for $500+ a night in knoxville, a bag of chips and a coke would be complimentary. “Hotel is in a good location. We were able to take advantage of the public parking which is convenient and not difficult to get to versus the $45/night valet charge. The water pressure in our room was VERY POOR. We had an issue with our commode flushing properly. The parking was fine, but we thought a $30 per night charge to use it was excessive on top of the charges we already paid for the hotel. Knoxville is strictly a money making town for not just residents, but tourists. You had to pay just about everywhere for parking and handicapped people should not have to pay to park.
