“Staff were really friendly! Laundry was available. Family Mart is about a 3-5 minute walk. There’s a shutttle to Disneyland and Disneysea. Neither are walking distance of the property. Highly recommend! I would stay here again in the future. ”

“Minn Kasai provided a nice quiet stay away from the business of the main areas. The hotel was very clean and comfortable. The rooms were smaller than the pictures showed, but it wasn't too cramped. 3 of us fit comfortably in the family room, but any more and it would have felt cramped. ”

“This hotel worked well for our trip. There were just 2 of us, but the room was decently sized compared to other hotels for 2. Very nice having a separate toilet, shower, and sink areas in the room. 7/11 and Lawson's are very close. The #9 and #37 buses were really helpful for a quick trip to Maihama Station. Check in and out was very easy. We would stay here again.”

“There was one laundry on the second floor that we were not even told about... They charged us 8000 extra to have late checkout but all our cards were cancelled at 10 am and we had to beg to get to the elevator or our room from 10 to 2 wasted a lot of time and it was awful... The coffee machine was only one in the lobby ... Staff were like robots. and then they charged us 1000 because one card was in the room that we did not have access to get it anyways...”
