“Highly recommended! From arrival to departure staff was accommodating and courteous. Hotel manager was awesome! Helped us everyday with taxi, directions and bus transportation. Provided umbrellas for our whole party of 7 and upon departure provided us with boxes and tape to ship our items we wanted. Would definitely stay here again.”

“Our stay at the Urayasu Brighton was superb! We booked it for a Tokyo Disney trip and were attracted by it's location close to the train station and the free park shuttle. From the moment you arrive, you know this property is well maintained with pride. The staff looked and performed very professionally. “Not enough amenities, they even sell the toothbrush kits. The laundry room was NOT ventilated properly. Once all the dryers are used, it literally can be a sauna. I’ve stayed in a hotel close to the Tokyo station and they provided from shaver kits to a whole set of skincare. They don’t clean the room not unless your stay is more than 6 nights. So we used the same towels for 6 nights. No smoking area/room as well.”

“施設やスタッフは素晴らしくとても快適に過ごせました。是非また利用したいと感じました。ひとつ気になる事は宿泊客の多くは外国人だったようで入り口付近の喫煙スペースに多くの外国人の方紙巻タバコを嗜んでいらして入り口付近がタバコの匂いで充満していました。喫煙ルームにするかや喫煙所をエントランスから離す等の改善の余地はあるかなと思いました”

“ディズニーリゾート旅行時に家族５人で２泊利用しました。 家族構成は大人２人中学生１人、小学生１人、保育園児１人です。 ベッドはソファベッドも使用して快適に宿泊出来ました。 ２日間とも２２時過ぎの着。朝５時発のお風呂と寝るだけ利用でしたが、しっかり疲れが取れました。 他の方も書いていますが、チェックイン時は手順が多いので注意が必要です。 チェックアウト時の鍵の処理手順がフロントに記載が無いので戸惑いましたが、鍵ボックスに戻しておきました。 また利用したいと思います。”
