“stanza sporca con capelli neri ovunque, struttura praticamente con zero servizio, immensa, caotica, con scarse indicazioni per la reception, impossibile perfino fermarsi per scaricare i bagagli per il check in senza pagare il parcheggio $15 (cosa non menzionata da nessuna parte). Tante perdite di tempo. Totale assenza di gestione e indifferenza nei confronti del cliente. Addebito di resort tax $38…per che cosa? Brutta esperienza. Peccato perché la struttura in sé è notevole e bella.”

“I am a loyal Marriott Gold Elite member, but this stay at the Courtyard Atlantic City Beach Block was an absolute nightmare. We used mobile check-in days in advance and arrived at 5:00 PM to find the driveway completely blocked by traffic and a 45-to-60-minute line. We left to grab food hoping it would clear up, but when we came back 90 minutes later, it was even worse. I had to stand in line for nearly an hour and a half just to get our keys, causing us to completely miss the opening act of the...

“Room was dirty and out dated . No TV in the bedroom . My son found pizza under his bed from previous guest and candy wrappers in the draws . There were only big towels no wash clothes . We paid too much money a night for this and left one night early . They also advertised ocean view . No view of the ocean a view of the parking lot . For this price expected much more . Horrible experience . ”

“The hotel is priced well below the boardwalk hotels for a reason. The parking lot is small with trash blowing around and smells like urine. People are sleeping on the sidewalks and begging for money outside. The lobby and hallways smell like a smoking parlor. You can everything from the adjacent rooms and hallway conversations. The bathroom hinges are rusted, mirrors chipped, paint peeling, baseboards haven’t been cleaned in months, headboards are peeling, and bathrooms have mildew. The pictures...

“Communication was okay. Had a hard time connecting to the WiFi networks. What was provided did not show up. A few outlets did not work by kitchen area and master room. Light in master room did not work.”

“My husband & I love staying at MGM! A lot to do! We love the hot tubs & various pools at MGM/Borgata! Staff people are always professional!”

“The staff was great, room was perfect and we loved the balcony with the ocean view. We could have sat there all day. Our only complaint is that the chairs on the balcony were very uncomfortable. I think they were designed for Admiral General Aladeen's torture chambers!”
