“I arrived just after 12 am, about 45 minutes after I made the reservation. They said I was marked as a no-show, and they couldn't check me in for 30 minutes. I demanded a refund, and left. ”

“La scelta di un hotel a Vancouver presso Portland nasceva dalla volontà di trovarsi già più vicini ai luoghi da visitare ovvero le gole del fiume Columbia. Alla fine questa scelta ci ha obbligato a percorrere più volte la relazione tra Portland e Vancouver che è una delle più trafficate trovate in America. Il motel è risultato particolarmente rumoroso.”

“Staff was open, helpful and friendly. Breakfast was good. Parking was great. Only problem was the TV was not properly connected. Did get it fixed.”

“The hotel building itself wasn’t bad but the property and surrounding area was scary. Homeless people everywhere. I was traveling with just my daughter and I and decided it wasn’t safe for us to stay there. We didn’t even check in so I can’t say what the interior of this location is like. When we pulled in the first thing I saw was a large homeless population and security guards wondering the property during the day which can give you an idea of what the crime rate in the area is. “The sink stopper in my room needed repair and the hotel shows its age, but the staff were all terrific. The room was clean and the temperature, great. No fussing with the air/heat adjustment.”

“Staff is unprofessional and does not care to resolve a problem or support their guests. Have never thought of leaving an unfavorable review before. The management at this location needs to be retrained or replaced. Just awful . ”
