While the accomodation, in terms of facilities, is generally as advertised, the property does not present well and requires a thorough clean. Tiled floor was sticky, outdoor area had cigarette butts, leftover food scraps and other rubbish on the floor, bbq smelt terrible, even when not in use, cutlery and glassware was dirty.While it looked like a superficial clean had been carried out, the doors (throughout), windows, skirting boards, and staircase were visibly dirty, it looked like the property overall had not been cleaned in a long time. The freezer had what looked like, insect or mice droppings.The bathroom is recently renovated, which was great.Other items, which usually would be expected but were unfortunately missing - a kitchen bin or bin bags, washing liquid, washing powder, toilet paper supply.This property has potential with a few small and inexpensive additions to improve amenity and comfort.The complex itself is quite nice and well located, within walking distance of everything in town, the pool is a good addition.
