“The hotel was clean - updated lobby and dining area but our room was a little dilapidated. Additionally, it took about 15 minutes of running the shower and faucet for us to get hot water. The night guy at the front desk had to "reset the boiler" when I told him that we had no hot water but the problem persisted all weekend. Otherwise, it was a fine play to stay.”

“Our stay usually here is a great time, but this time it was not so great. Check-in was easy and staff was very friendly. Our room was fine and as normal (great). Everything was fine until around 10-12am. As my husband and I were getting settled in bed, we heard lots of running around and noise from the floor above us. I brushed it off and was able to soon fall asleep, until about 11/11:30pm. My husband and I were abruptly woken up due to someone either kicking or banging on our door. My husband...
