“I did not stay at the property. I left within the hour. The room was so stinking. I’ve never smelled like nothing like this. I checked out at 4:47 PM. I checked in about after 3 o’clock. I don’t think I stayed there an hour. This was the worst experience in that they wouldn’t give me my money back. I would never stay here again. It was awful. “Property was very well appointed and modern. Room and bathroom were comfortable and clean. I would suggest a breakfast buffet instead of menu service for efficiency. Perhaps with an egg and waffle station to justify the charge. Server was very nice.”

“Though the staff were friendly - this hotel is old and worn down. The room smelled musty and was damp the entire time. The sheets were old. The pillows were awful. Breakfast was great though. Lots of choices.”

“We love staying here! The breakfast is over of the best in the area, sometimes it does need to be restocked a lot quicker. The staff are super friendly and very helpful. They're quick to resolve any issues you may have. They're updating the hotel so there's some construction going on, but it's not been a problem. I love that they have a stove and the rooms are spacious. By far one of my favorite places to stay in Charlotte!”
