Hotel vicino a Fabbrica di Batik Naturale - Balok

“Clean, comfortable and quiet enviroment. Value stay. Good location for eateries and the seasides.”

“Clean room and beach with helpful stuff. Worth recommending👍”

“A tired, dirty and dilapidated hotel…”

“Sensation infamia e senza sola.

“I was on the top floor & on my first afternoon work was taking place on the roof & it drove me crazy. It was happening the following afternoon too but for a much shorter period. Everything else was really good. Nights were quiet enough Comfortable bed Good wifi Great breakfast Friendly helpful staff I'd stay again”

“Our recent stay at the Rocana Hotel was unfortunately quite disappointing. While some members of staff were fun, friendly, and welcoming, others came across as the complete opposite, which made the overall experience feel inconsistent. The location itself is good and convenient, however the parking situation was frustrating. Although the hotel advertises parking, spaces are extremely limited and availability is very hit and miss. On more than one occasion, we had to park on the street and get...

“Very good position and free upgrade by reception, many thanks Only a bit expensive for the city. Tks ”

“Overall the size of room is quite large with one or two persons.. But the blanket was smelly a little bit”

“Kakitangan baik”

“Good”

“This property needs serious renovation works and insect and pest control.”

“Pros The bed provided a good and comfortable sleep experience. The bathroom ventilation fan was working well. There was proper lighting at the dressing desk, which was helpful for makeup or grooming. The air conditioner cooled the room effectively. The lift was in good condition and functioned properly. Cons Poor bathroom condition: The bathroom was in very poor condition and clearly in need of an upgrade. In the first room, the shower heater was not functioning, which required a room...
