“Rich in history, excellent wine tasting experience at adjoining Pippin Hill Farms and Winery. We enjoyed feeding the chickens! The concierge folks were so helpful and nice. Beakfast every morning was delicious!”

“The Inn is filled with charm and warmth. Felt like I was in someone’s home. Our suite was on the 2nd floor, and was spacious, bright and clean. The bed was super comfortable. Well located to walk to restaurants. Jake the manager was friendly and always available to answer questions. Free parking was a great addition to an easy and enjoyable stay.”

“We stayed for our 34th anniversary 2 days ago and found Lisa and her mother lovely, accommodating, and pleasant. Lisa had come from Colorado and had only been the owner about 2 months but one would never know that. It was perfect! They even allowed our Colorado daughter ( who was attending her 25th u of va reunion) to have brunch with us the morning we left. Hot tub, jacuzzi, beautiful room, friendly and helpful owner…. What was there not to like? Ty, Lisa! We shall be back!”

“Just got back from a five night stay at the Steeles Tavern Manor at Raphine, the place is a hidden gem, it's truly heavenly! 56 acres of meadows, with its own stream, pond, and hills. Having 6 beautifully appointed rooms in the main building, and 6 (one room) self sustained cottages, and a spa, the Inn is more of a small luxury boutique hotel. The Inn keeper, Sandra, is the soul behind the property, she's an extremely gracious host, and is an equally talented and amazing cook. We ate dinner...
