“Location , facilities etc all great communication with host not so much and it created uncertainty about the check in times and process as I had no access to any information despite calls and messages - my flight arrived late and was not sure what time check in times were available. As a woman traveling alone at night in South Africa this is not acceptable ”

“We arrived and our room had a plumbing problem but they offered us 2 rooms. With young daughters i dis not love being seperated from them but my girls loved the space for the night and it felt save. Safety being my main concern as a foreign traveller. The rooms were a little older and the air conditioning did not work in one room. Breakfast was lovely and so was the owner and staff. Wifi was solid which is not always the case in SA so we appreciated that. A really good choice for a night or 2”

“You took my money and hadn’t booked. I’ve been trying to get my refund as they made me pay at the property when you had already taken my money and told me I had a booking. I got there and there was no booking and no money in my account. I do not trust this site anymore and will be sharing this with all my peers and network. ”
