Restaurant service was terrible. The food i ordered was raw. Even after waiting 1 hour for the food. Overall very disappointing. I have stayed at the town lodge many times but this time was terrible ”

The telephone number listed on the booking confirmation is fake, non existent in South Africa. The front desk at the facility said they could not find this booking and I should contact the number on the booking for instructions.
