We had to sign a sort of indemnity document so whilst we did that he went into the room and put the Champagne I had requested (A great choice within the bounds of the budget I had set) into a big bucket of ice for us. “The room was not clean. After telling the front desk thr came to the toilet. But after being in the room saw how the sheets were not clean bins not emptyed dust everywhere. Restaurant service was terrible. The food i ordered was raw. Even after waiting 1 hour for the food. Overall very disappointing. I have stayed at the town lodge many times but this time was terrible ”

“Shouldn't be termed luxury. It's like the Donald Trump of hotels, say it and it's so. Air conditioning was not working. I don't term a queen bed as luxury, especially not one that moves everytime one of us moves. The interleading door, while locked, is not soundproofed and that ensured hearing cackling from the neighbours after their night out until 4am. Only one towel hook in the bathroom.
