It is fabulously situated in a central location with walking distance to downtown Fairbanks. Shopping, restaurants, the river walk, museums and more are a short walk from the door. Hiking, fishing, golfing, skiing and more are only a few minutes drive.

1000 Sq Ft apartment with a large smart TV with free Wi-Fi. We have a fully equipped kitchen & laundry room with washer and dryer.

Master has a king bed, Bedroom 2 has a queen, Bedroom 3 has a 2 twin beds.

Guests will have access to the entire apartment, the front and back yard.

We will be available via text or call and are close by if we are needed on the property. We have a security system that allows us to view the outside of the property if there are issues. Secure key-less entry allows guests to remotely check in with us.

The water here is heated by steam, so it should always be hot - please use cation and test water first before showering or washing dishes.
