“Very pleasant staff and they allowed me to check into my room earlier than 3:00pm”

“The room was clean, but televisions and door keys did not work. The reason told to me was that there was a thunder storm the day before and knocked out all the electronics and internet system. I ask for a discount and was told that Expedia would have to do that, because I made my reservation through them and not the hotel.”

“The property is great. Clean rooms, hallways even the elevator. Staff were very friendly and willing to help if needed. The only thing that irked me was the bed itself. It was the most uncomfortable one I've tried sleeping on. Everything else was great.”

“Room were clean, the staff was very friendly, and the air condition worked very well, I did not eat breakfast at the hotel only because we wanted to enjoy the town.”

“My stay was pleasant. Only issue I had was each day my key card was deactivated, so I had to go back down to have it activated each day I returned to the hotel and then on my check out day the housekeeper mentioned they had my room listed as empty. Which may explain why the housekeeper didn’t come by during my stay. I just wanted to have my trash disposed. Aside from that, I’d recommend this hotel for convenience and access to local stores and restaurants. I also liked the free parking!”

“We showed up to the property and the host told us she knew nothing about our reservation. We called the host, she said to call VRBO.”

“One microwave shared by the entire floor. The room needed dehumidification; moisture would be on top of my personal items when I wake up; needed a better air conditioner- very hot and muggy. However, the staff was phenomenal.”
