Case in affitto a Fairfax

“Comfortable beds, great shower and air conditioner kept house very comfortable. My husband enjoyed the family room area with large couch and tv. Location was excellent……..20 minute to DC . House is showing its age and needs to have updates. Price was higher than it should be…….”

“Arrival was simple enough…park in the back of the unit where the garage door was, walk around the front to electronically key in and open the garage door to unload. The place was clean and spacious with all the amenities for a comfortable stay. This is in the middle of a multi unit condo building which was relatively quiet and private. Omer was communicative and helpful.”

“The rooms were very clean and tidy and it was a perfectly nice place to stay for our one night in Alexandria before flying home out of DCA. Parking is on the street and there was plenty of it. The listing is accurate, but from the pictures I thought there would be driveway parking, which there is not. No big deal, but just something to be aware of.”

“The location was the only good thing about this place. There’s plastic on the couches that sit very low to the floor and are difficult to get up from. This is like a college rental. “The kitchen area, dining room and living room are updated. The upstairs rooms and bathrooms are not. It is an old building and you can see that you are renovating the rooms one at a time.”

“Our family had the best time in Alexandria and DC proper with The George as our homebase. Beds were very comfortable, living space and linens were all fresh and clean. The property is very close to a Safeway grocery store and with all the amenities The George offered we could easily prepare meals. The creative decor in shades of blue and coral, and special attention to detail all around the home, namely the hand painted mural in the living room, treated us all to an exceptional patriotic, DC...

“property is fine and the parking ok I would stay there again”

“The property is as advertised. Warm. Inviting and tastefully decorated. Every detail has been thought of and the hosts are extremely responsive. Fantastic location within 15 minutes of the capitol buildings and monuments. Will definitely stay again with my family when next we are in the area.”

“The space was very clean, conveniently located, and just what we needed for our short visit.”

“Very nice property conveniently located for visiting Mount Vernon, DC, and Old Town Alexandria.”

“Clean room. Quiet.”
