Do you like outdoor activities? This is the community for you to explore with 8 hiking trails, 4 ATV/UTV, and 44,000 sq ft of Greers Ferry Lake for water activities. We also have 3 swimming pools (seasonal), Mini Golf, Bowling, 2 full golf courses and many places to eat and watch sports games!

A Long Weekend Getaway

Six of us stayed at this property for four nights, and it was exactly what we needed. The host answered all of our questions in advance, and was incredibly communicative about the state of the property in advance of our trip. Check in was easy, check out was easy, and the four days in between were wonderful. The area is delightful, the property was comfortable, and if we plan another trip to the area in the future, we would love to stay again.

This place was very cute, good location for what I was doing. We are food vendors and was working an event in,” Fairbay “ so it was very convenient. One bad thing I seen lots of crawling insects critters in the kitchen area, refrigerator, counters. I left pizza in the fridge and seen critters in the fridge . I couldn’t believe it. It was very uncomfortable for us. I alerted the homeowner through Vrbo, she responded stating they didn’t know; explained to me that the they. Should be spraying outside and it could be coming from that. They told me they would get it fixed right away.

Nice Condo, needs a few adjustments.

This unit is well-located in a quiet neighborhood close to restaurants and shopping. There are tennis courts and a pool across the street. However there are a few issues the renter needs to be aware of, and some things that need to be in the description. There is a steep hill down from the parking area to the door of this unit. The bedrooms and full bath are upstairs; the staircase is very steep and narrow with no handrail. The downstairs bath is only a half bath, instead of the advertised "2 full baths." The unit appears clean on first inspection, however, the oven, stove and refrigerator all needed to be cleaned. The kitchen is equipped, but dishes were minimal and there was almost no silverware. A box of assorted plastic cutlery had been provided. The coffee maker is a Keurig - you provide your own k-cups. There are no TV's upstairs as the pictures suggest. There are just beds with very small side tables- no where to place clothing, and no hangers in the closets. Since this is a new listing, I'm sure these issues will be resolved once a few reviews are posted. Communications were great with the host! We would stay there again, knowing what we need to bring next time.
